Fast Tomato is an integrated online careers education and guidance system developed by The Morrisby Organisation. The site provides suggestions regarding courses, careers, learning providers and related resources which are tailored to an individual's interests, learning and social styles and expectations. To take advantage of this process of tailoring and filtering users need to answer various questions regarding interests, preferences, attitudes, achievements, learning styles and similar. Whenever you disclose any information that is personal to you (Personal Information), we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. We aim to meet the standards of best internet practice and will act in accordance with current applicable legislation.
This Policy explains how we use and protect your Personal Information. This Policy only applies to the Fast Tomato website and does not include any third party website linked to Fast Tomato. Users should carefully examine the privacy statements of sites linking to or from Fast Tomato. Any Personal Information that you choose to provide to other sites will be subject to the Privacy Policies of those websites.
Registration
In order to access the Fast Tomato site the user registers by providing a name and selecting their place of learning or other centre. It is not essential to enter an e-mail address. Access to the Fast Tomato site is password protected, and an individual username and password are supplied to the User when he or she first registers. The registration information is used to identify and authenticate the user when they access the website. This helps protect the user’s details from unauthorised access.
Access to your Personal Information
In addition to the Fast Tomato Team at the Morrisby Organisation, relevant, approved advisers at your centre of education, for example your school Careers Adviser, will have access to your information and Fast Tomato results. Should you prefer to remain completely private so that no such Adviser can access your information on the Fast Tomato system, please tick the box below once logged in.

Aggregate Information
“Aggregate Information” is information that we might collect about a group or category of users which does not include anything that links the information to particular individuals. Aggregate information helps us to develop the site in line with user preferences. It also enables to carry out research and statistical analyses such as the standardisation and validation of the questionnaires and algorithms used in the site. validating Fast Tomato may also collect non-personally identifiable information in order to carry out statistical analyses such as relative popularity of courses, careers, institutions, qualifications and interests. These analyses may be used for product development purposes and may be passed to third parties but without any links to your name or e-mail address.

Termination
You can terminate your Fast Tomato registration at any time by emailing support@fasttomato.com We are required by law to keep some information after you have terminated your registration so that we are able to identify you as an ex–user. This information is kept to the absolute minimum.
